Yongu builds custom-size aluminum chassis to your drawing — any length, any width, any height. Send a STEP file, a DWG or a dimensioned sketch, tell us what goes inside, and we return a machined, anodized chassis with cutouts on your connector layout and posts on your PCB standoffs.

Why a custom size aluminum chassis

A stock box makes you compromise: too deep for the bench, too shallow for the board, or a front panel drilled where your connectors are not. A custom aluminum chassis removes that. Dimensions come from your drawing, panels run 2 mm or 4 mm, and bodies from our existing profile range carry no new tooling cost.

Nothing is fixed to a catalog size, so one family covers equipment stock boxes cannot:

Finish and assembly

Sandblasted, brushed or anodized in clear, black, blue, champagne or your sample color. Logos by silk screen, laser or UV print. Handles, corner guards and feet fitted before packing, with grounding points masked to bare aluminum.

One piece or ten thousand

Prototypes start at one piece. When the design is locked, the same drawings run in 6063-T5 extrusion and 5052-H32 sheet, with material certificates on every batch.
