How To Process The Aluminum Alloy Enclosure?

Introduction

Aluminum alloy enclosures are widely used in various industries due to their durability, lightweight, and sleek appearance. However, processing aluminum alloy enclosures requires specific techniques to ensure a high-quality finish and avoid damage to the material. In this article, we will guide you through the steps required to process aluminum alloy enclosures properly.

Step 1: Cutting

Step 2: Deburring

Step 3: Surface Finishing

What is the processing method of aluminum enclosure?

In order to meet the customer's demand for the diversity and high quality of aluminum alloy enclosure products, the processing technology of aluminum alloy enclosure must be paid attention to. How should the aluminum alloy enclosure be processed?

The processing of aluminum alloy enclosure requires the control system to logically process the program with control code or other symbolic instructions, and decode it by the computer, so that the machine tool can operate and process the parts. Rough materials are processed into semi-finished products and finished parts by cutting tools.

 (1) blanking: Cut the aluminum alloy pipe into single pieces, leaving a margin of 2mm on one side.

 (2) clamp and cut the left end of the aluminum alloy pipe into a single piece, and level the right end face and the inner and outer circles of the vehicle to the size requirements; ensure surface roughness requirements; sharp angle deburring.

(3) turn the plane end face back to the size requirements.

(4) clamp both ends with a thimble and turn the outer circle to the required size.

(5) mill the inner arc to the required size and deburr at the acute angle. The aluminum alloy enclosure processed by this processing technology has very accurate dimensions and high product qualification rate, which is very suitable for mass production.

Cnc machining manufacture  is a kind of machining method that makes the control of cutting size more accurate, and it is also a common process in aluminum alloy enclosure machining. It uses an end mill with multi-directional cutting function, spiral cutting interpolation and contour cutting interpolation. This tool can process precise small holes.

Ball end milling cutter can process taper hole continuously with screw interpolation; ball end mills and screw interpolation drills can be used for boring and chamfering; the end milling cutter can be used for semi precision machining and precision parts machining with contour cutting interpolation; the end milling cutter for thread processing can cooperate with screw interpolation to process various threaded holes.

In fact, high performance the tool interpolation function can be used for any size of high-precision hole processing and aluminum alloy precision part processing. Especially in high-speed milling, the load on each tooth is relatively light, so the same coated cemented carbide end mill can be used to process a variety of machined materials at high speed and high accuracy.
